We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded International Contracts Legal Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our global operations by managing complex cross-border agreements, mitigating legal and regulatory risks, and protecting our intellectual property. Key Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international contracts, commercial agreements, and specialized FOS (Follow & Support) contracts.
Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks across diverse jurisdictions.
Compliance: Ensure all business operations strictly adhere to applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal due diligence on potential contract parties, partners, and vendors.
IP & Data Protection: Safeguard company intellectual property rights and ensure the strict protection of confidential information.
Regulatory Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on tax, customs, and regulatory compliance matters impacting global business activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of relevant legal experience focusing on international contracts and cross-border transactions.
Education: Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) with a valid license to practice.
Skills: Exceptional contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
