About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's growth across government and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Manage the business development pipeline and support bid/no-bid decisions.
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Proposal and Commercial teams during tender submissions.
Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles.
Experience within the UAE/GCC government or defence sectors is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
