About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals for government and commercial opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, competitive, and winning bids while ensuring timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process.
Coordinate technical and commercial inputs from internal teams.
Review RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure proposal compliance.
Develop commercial proposals and support pricing activities.
Manage proposal schedules, documentation, and submissions.
Support customer clarifications and pre-award negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in proposal or bid management.
Experience with government or defence sector tenders is preferred.
Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
