About the Role

Analyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, conduct experimentation, and generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, clean, analyze, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets.

· Design, develop, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models.

· Conduct data analysis and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.

· Generate actionable business insights through statistical analysis and data modelling.

· Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.

· Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

· 3–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.

· Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

· Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling.

· Experience with data visualization tools and communicating analytical findings.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

· Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

· Experience with cloud-based analytics or machine learning platforms.
