About the Role

Design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.

· Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

· Design intuitive and user-centred user interfaces.

· Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

· Maintain design systems, UI standards, and design consistency.

· Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.

· 3–8 years of experience in UX/UI design.

· Proficiency in user-centred design principles and methodologies.

· Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

· Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design experience.

· Good understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience designing enterprise or business applications.

· Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG or similar).

· Experience working in Agile development environments.
